Human Resources Divisions:
- Management and Recruitment Services
- Responsible for “front-line” human resource services, client services and client service centres. This Division provides recruitment, labour relations support, employee development and related support for Departmental managers.
- Corporate Human Resource Services
- Responsible for labour relations, job evaluation, benefits analysis and the organizational development of HR management and Programs. This Division is also responsible for staff training and development/programs.
- Human Resource Strategy and Policy
- Responsible for human resource policies and programs, quality assurance, financial planning and records management. This Division is also responsible for research and reporting, systems, investigations and communications.
- Employee Services
- Responsible for providing pay and benefits, data management and the Human Resources Helpdesk.

Final Equal Pay PaymentsThe Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT), Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) and the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) have confirmed that there are funds remaining from the initial Equal Pay payment. According to the settlement reached, remaining funds exceeding $100,000 are redistributed to eligible employees (based on class codes indentified in the settlement) who received a previous payment. Recipients are considered eligible for payment if they had service in an eligible class code and received payment from the December 31, 2002 settlement.
