1. What is the salary of a Community Health Nurse (CHN)?
The base salary of a CHN begins at $39.21 /hour (approx. $76,460 /annum). Therefore, an underfill in the CHN Development program would begin at $35.30 /hour (approx. $68,814 /annum).
2. What about additional benefits?
The Government of the Northwest Territories offers a generous northern allowance and benefits package including full relocation costs. Click here for an overview.

4. How long will it take to complete the CHN Development Program?
New Graduates can expect to take up to 24 months to complete the program, although independent practice has been achieved in as little as 10 months.
