Human Resources Manual - Change Dates Explained

You may notice from time to time that the change date indicated in the Latest Changes feature of the Human Resources Manual does not exactly match the change date indicated in the HRM section itself.

These differences occur because changes to the Human Resources Manual involve two separate processes:

Changing Human Resources policy, and
Updating the Human Resources Manual to reflect policy changes.

The date indicated at the end of an HRM section records the date of the change in policy, while the date indicated by the Latest Changes feature is the moment at which the change in policy was published to the HRM.
