Application
These entitlements do not apply to casual employees with a term of employment less than four months; substitute teachers; employees on leave without pay who do not remain in the Northwest Territories; seasonal employees during the seasonal layoff; and employees of the NWT Power Corporation.
Procedures
- Employees and supervisors work with the MTA Administrators for application of this benefit.
